We do our best to get the photography as close to real life colour however some colours may vary depending on screen contrasts and settings.
*If you are an existing customer buying the same length/shape as a previous order, you will not receive a sizing kit. If you could, please pop your sizes in the 'Special instructions for seller' box when checking out. If you are an existing customer buying a different size from a previous order, it is your responsibility to let us know that your length is different from any previous orders so we can send you a new Sizing Kit. Sizes of nails do not correlate over the different lengths, so failing to let us know could result in you receiving incorrectly sized nails, and will invalidate any chances of compensation in this situation.
Lead times may vary depending on the time of the year. In our busiest periods we can be up to a 3-4 week lead time, at other times it can be as low as a week. Best place to find the most updated lead time is our Instagram bio.
We ship via Royal Mail and options for both 1st and 2nd Class aswell as Tracked are available at the checkout.
Sizing Kits will always be sent 2nd Class regardless of the option you pick, and does not affect pricing.
If your purchase does not include any sets (ie Application Kit, Sizing Kit, etc), the lead time should only be a few days.
